A workshop dedicated to the Art of Making Requests and the challenging communication dynamics around them.
We will explore

❀ How to hear a NO (and stay alive)
❀ What are the risks and payments of saying a ‘Half Yes’
❀ How to initiate and lead challenging dialogues
❀ How to stand for your need to matter
We will be practicing such skills as
❀ The difference between a Request and a Demand
❀ Principles in making powerful requests that move things forward
❀ The 2 types – Dialogue Requests and Action Requests
❀ Radical Empathy and Honesty

You will be invited to work on examples from your own life in an interactive and safe learning environment. We will practice Nonviolent Communication through demonstrations, role-play and exercises in order to integrate NVC values and language more into our daily lives.
