Making requests is an art of living. It is the power that manifests your dreams

A workshop dedicated to the Art of making Request and the challenging communication dynamics around it:

We will explore:

❀ How to stand firmly for your Needs and assertively asks for what you really want
❀ How to connect with what is deep inside you, almost hidden
❀ How to express a NO (and stay in connection)
❀ How to hear a NO (and stay alive)
❀ What are the risks and payments of saying a ‘Half Yes’
❀ How to initiate and lead challenging dialogues
❀ How to stand for my ‘mattering’

We will explore those by practicing skills such as:

❀ The difference between a Request and a Demand
❀ Principles in making powerful requests that moves things forward
❀ The 2 sorts of requests: Dialogue Requests, and Action Requests
❀ Radical Honesty, Radical Empathy

About NVC:

‘Nonviolent Communication (NVC)’ (Phd. Marshall Rosenberg) is a practical communication tool that radically transforms your relationship with yourself and others. NVC cultivates assertive honesty mixed with a deep quality of Empathy. NVC transforms conflicts into natural cooperation, love and clarity.

About Yoram Mosenzon

CNVC certified trainer, Coach and a Mediator, Yoram was a dancer/choreographer when he came across NVC 17 years ago. 10 years ago, he decided to stop all his artistic activities in order to dedicate his time and energy fully to sharing NVC. Yoram is now teaching NVC internationally to the general public, teachers in schools, universities, parents, businesses and teams. He is teaching in The Netherlands, France, Israel/Palestine, Belgium, Poland, the USA, and more.

Yoram is one of 4 founders of the NVC (Giraffe) school in Amsterdam for children aged 0-21.

Group:

In an interactive and safe learning environment, you will be invited to work on examples from our own life. We will practice Nonviolent Communication through demonstrations, role-playing and exercises in order to integrate the NVC values and language more in our own daily lives.

Fee:

A choice between 290 CHF – 580 CHF (€250 – €500)

→  The choice of fees depends on your income and free will. The idea behind a sliding scale is that we all have a different current financial situations, and we like to be flexible so that your financial contribution fits your financial situation as well as your personal wish to support us.

Regarding the remainder:  We ask that you pay the remainder of the course fees within a week of finishing the course. We suggest you pay at the end because we like people to know what they’re paying for. We do this because we wish for your payment to be more connected to gratitude rather than to a sense of duty. If you prefer to pay earlier this is also welcome.

‘The regret period’:  If you change your mind within 14 days after sending the prepayment, and before the course has actually begun, we will fully refund your prepayment.
